No Cash on Delivery (COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery for any orders. All orders must be prepaid.

Refunds for Missing Products
If there is a mistake from our side, such as missing items in your order, we will provide a refund.
Condition: Refund will only be processed if you provide a clear opening video showing the package being opened from the start without any cuts or edits.

For any refund claim, you must send the opening video to our WhatsApp number: 6369705399.

Claims without the opening video will not be considered.

No Damage Claims :

We pack all orders securely and send them through the Post Office to ensure safety.

However, we are not responsible for any damage during transit, as it is beyond our control.

We assure you that we never send damaged products from our end.

We do not offer product exchanges.

Refunds are only applicable if there is an error from our side and the opening video is provided as proof.
